Exhibitor & Booth Information:

Booth Spaces are 10' x 10' and will be assigned in advance of the event.
- Exhibitors must bring all materials needed, including any tables, chairs, tents or power needed to run their booth
- Booths should be in place by 11:30 am and be staffed until 8:00 pm. Operation may continue until closing time.
Schedule and Responsibilities: Exhibitors may begin setting up at 9:00 am. All vehicles must be clear of the festival area by 11:00 am. The show officially opens at 12:00 pm and all vendors are expected to be open from 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Exhibitors will provide, deliver and set up their materials and leave the space clean upon departure.
License and Permits: All exhibitors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning their products, presentations and conduct at the event. Destination East Point assumes no liability or responsibility for these requirements.
Limit of Liability: Destination East Point, its partners, operators, venues and sponsors are not liable for any damages or injury resulting from participation in the Destination East Point Festival.
