Sponsorship Level:
  • Presenting Sponsor - $7,500 (Receives all benefits listed below)
    • Platinum Level - $5,000 (Receives Benefits A thruW listed below)
  • Gold Level - $3,000 (Receives Benefits A thru R listed below)
  • Silver Level- $1,000 (Receives Benefits A thru O listed below)
  • Bronze Level- $750 (Receives Benefits A thru K listed below)
  • Loyalty Level - $500 (Receives Benefits A thru G listed below)
  • EPMSA Friend - $250 (Receives Benefits A & B)

Advertising/Marketing Program & Downtown Improvment Program & General Fund Sponsorship

  • Signature Sponsor -$1000 (That year’s program is named in your companies honor & you receive benefits M, N listed below)
  • Platinum Level- $750 (Benefits M, N listed below)
  • Gold Level - $500 (Benefits C, J listed below)
  • Silver Level- $250 (Benefits A listed below)

Sponsor Benefits (Per the various donation levels as indicated above)

  1. Your Company’s name listed on the event/program web page & any flyers/posters, if offered (Deadline TBD)
  2. Booth space-10’x10’ at the event
  3. Your Company’s name listed more visibly as a Sponsor on the event/program web page & any flyers/posters, if offered (Deadline TBD)
  4. Discounts on advertising, if offered, by other media sponsors for the event(i.e.a Radio Station)
  5. Two passes into the VIP tent on the day of the event & two passes to the Event Reception, if offered
  6. Special “Sponsor” Sign to display at your booth & recognition of sponsorship 1 time from the stage during the event
  7. Your Company’s name listed on the official event T-shirt that will be on sale at the event & a free T-shirt, if offered (Deadline TBD)
  8. Recognition of sponsorship 2 times from the stage during the event,
  9. Two additional passes into the VIP tent on the day of the event, two additional passes to the Event Reception & four T-shirts, if offered
  10. Upgrade to your Company’s Logo located the event/program web page & on flyers/posters (Deadline TBD)
  11. Upgrade to 10’x10’ booth in prime location & your Company’s name listed more visibly on the official event T-shirt, if offered (Deadline TBD)
  12. Your company’s banner displayed at the event in a select location(if it is provided-max 15sf sign)
  13. Upgrade to your Company’s Logo prominently located the event/program web page w/link to your website
  14. Upgrade to your Company’s Logo prominently located on flyers/posters & logo located on the official event T-shirt, if offered (DeadlineTBD)
  15. Recognition of sponsorship 3 times from the stage during the event & 1 Minute Presentation by Rep. & six T-shirts, if offered (DeadlineTBD)
  16. Upgrade to Booth space 10’x20’ in prime location & your Company’s Logo more visibly on the official event T-shirt, if offered (DeadlineTBD)
  17. Recognition of sponsorship 4-5 times from the stage during the event & 2-3 Minute Presentation by Rep. & 10'x10' booth space at a future event
  18. Your Company’s banner displayed near the stage & at the VIP area & your company is recognized on all press releases
  19. Your Company may do a giveaway or other promotional activity on stage at the event
  20. Upgrade to eight passes into the VIP tent on the day of the event & two additional passes to the Event Reception, if offered
  21. Your Company’s Logo is prominently on the official event T-shirt, if offered (DeadlineTBD)
  22. Your company’s banner displayed on the front of the stage at the event & at the Kid’s Zone area and two other select area(if it is provided )
  23. Booth space-(2)10’x20’& Special “Sponsor” Sign to display at your booth& a 10'x20' booth at a future event of your choice
  24. Your company’s banner centered prominently on the front of the stage at the event & four other locations at event (if it is provided)
  25. Your company introduces the Entertainment Headliner & is recognized as a Presenting Sponsor on all press releases (if applicable)
  26. Your company gets (3)10'x20'booths beside the stage & Special “Presenting Sponsor” Signs to display at your booths
