EPMSA ProgramsDowntown NewsletterPremiering March 2010, EPMSA will unveil the Downtown Newsletter. The newsletter will incorporate many valuable pieces of information for residents and visitors alike while acting as a resource for businesses. Features of the downtown newsletter include: Business of the Month article, Flashback Feature article, community & business editorials, Downtown Events Calendar (free for Downtown businesses to submit), welcome to new businesses, who was "Caught Downtown" section, available properties section, "help wanted" downtown section and much more! In addition, there will be several areas for businesses to advertise their products/services. The newsletter will be available via email blast, online at www.DowntownEastPoint.com, sent out via Facebook posting and in various businesses downtown. To submit an editorial about Downtown (memorable experiences, interesting facts or photos, food review, etc.) email it to GeneralInfo@DowntownEastPoint.com. To purchase advertising space, submit an event, submit a property or be entered into the business of the month drawing, email generalinfo@downtowneastpoint.com * To be added to the FREE email subscription list, email GeneralInfo@DowntownEastPoint.com. Dinner and a MovieComing early Summer 2010, EPMSA and the City of East Point Economic Development Department will be offering a free outdoor movie downtown. Movies will be shown in the small green space between Oz Pizza and Joel Baskin's office on Main Street. Goodie baskets of candy/popcorn/beverages will be available for a donation to EPMSA during the movie. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets and watch a movie Downtown! Movie Schedule coming soon...
